Parmesan Balsamic Vinaigrette
A tart and tangy dressing or chicken marinade with pleasant cheese overtones.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup (60 ml) balsamic vinegar
- 1 lemon, peeled
- 2 small garlic cloves
- 6 Tablespoons (20 g) fresh basil leaves
- ½ cup (40 g) soy parmesan [or parmesan cheese]
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt, optional
- 1 cup (240 ml) extra virgin olive oil
