Mini-Chopper Attachment Strawberry Banana Breakfast Chia Pudding [Immersion Blender]
Easy to put together and very versatile, try topping this pudding with fresh fruit, granola or any toppings you enjoy.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 ml) almond milk [or milk of choice]
- 3 Tablespoons (36 g) chia seed
- 1 Tablespoon maple syrup, optional
- 1 cup (135 g) fresh strawberries, hulled, halved
- ½ medium (50 g) banana, peeled
Directions
- Place the ingredients into the work bowl fitted with the chopping blade. Snap the lid into place and secure the immersion motor to the lid.
- Select Variable 5 and run continuously for 45-60 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
- Pour into a glass storage container and let sit overnight (at least 12 hours.) Adjust with additional milk as needed and top with desired ingredients.
