Mango Fresno Kombucha Mocktail
Spice up your mocktail game with a touch of Fresno chili and flavorful kombucha to round out this tropical beverage.
Ingredients
- 1 large (330 g) mango, peeled, seeded
- 2 cups (500 ml) kombucha
- 1 slice fresno chili, 1/8" (3mm)
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1 ½ cups (375 ml) flavored sparkling water, divided use
- ice cubes, for serving
Directions
- Place mango, kombucha, Fresno chili, and honey into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the machine on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40 seconds.
- Fill 6 serving glasses just under halfway with ice. Pour 1/2 cup (125ml) of the mango puree over each. Top each glass with 1/4 cup (60ml) of flavored sparkling water and serve immediately.
Chef's Notes
- Consider using a kombucha with lower added sugar. There will be plenty of sweetness from the other ingredients in this delicious mocktail!
- We loved using a spicy honey kombucha and a plain sparkling water in this beverage, but you can use any flavors that suit your taste buds.
