Macadamia Nut Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups (150 g) macadamia nuts
  • 4 cups (960 ml) water
  • 2 dates, pitted

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the Non-Dairy Milk Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 60 seconds.
