Ground Beef Sliders [Food Processor Attachment]

This burger has five simple ingredients, but it's loaded with flavor!

Ground Beed Slider

Ingredients

  • ½ medium (80 g) yellow onion, peeled, cut into large chunks
  • 1 pound (454 g) lean beef, top round, cut into large chunks
  • 1 pound (454 g) beef brisket, cut into large chunks
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt, optional
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Fit the Food Processor with the Multi-Use Blade. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Pulse 18 – 20 times or until everything is evenly chopped. Portion into 3 oz.(85g) patties and cook as desired. 

Chef's Notes

  • Add 6 oz. of cubed cheddar to the mix for a chopped cheddar burger, or any other simple variations to make this burger your own unique blend.There are simple habits you can do to eat healthier. One is reducing the portion size of meats and increasing the portion of vegetables. Taking a normal 6 oz. patty and creating sliders is a great start. Then add a large helping of any one of our salads to pack in more nutrients.
