Four Fruit Smoothie
Fresh orange, pineapple, banana, and strawberries are blended to perfection for a refreshing, all-natural beverage.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 ml) water
- 2 medium (260 g) oranges, peeled
- 2 slices (170 g) pineapple, peeled, halved
- 1 small (120 g) banana, peeled
- 12 large (180 g) strawberries
- 8 (80 g) dates [or 1 Tablespoon honey, optional], pitted
- 2 cups (260 g) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 30 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
