Fajita Marinade

This easy-to-make marinade effortlessly complements chicken or veggies.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup (60 ml) extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) soy sauce
  • 1 lime, peeled
  • ⅛ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ⅛ teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 garlic clove

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades. Blend for 20 seconds.
