Coconut Whipped Topping

Alternative topping using a few ingredients to go plant based with a frozen dessert, on top of coffee or a smoothie bowl.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (400 ml) full fat, unsweetened coconut milk, refrigerate for 1 day before use
  • 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 30 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
