Cinnamon Roll Smoothie

This delicious recipe lets you add the warming flavors of a freshly-baked cinnamon roll to your very own smoothie for a perfect breakfast or filling snack.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup (180 ml) cold water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup (180 ml) vanilla almond yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons (15 g) rolled oats
  • 1 stick cinnamon [or 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon], 3" (7cm)
  • 2 teaspoons chia seed
  • 4 (60 g) medjool dates, pitted
  • ¾ cup (105 g) frozen banana

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
