Chicken, Broccoli, and Brown Rice Baby Food
As you cook a healthy dinner of chicken, broccoli, and brown rice for yourself, simply blend some up with milk as a treat for your child. Easy and delicious!
Ingredients
- 2 cups (225 g) broccoli florets, steamed, cooled
- 1 cup (150 g) boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked, diced, cooled
- 1 cup (150 g) cooked brown rice, cooled
- 1 ½ cups (360 ml) breast milk or your choice of alternative milk product
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Dips & Spreads Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 60 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades
