Cashew Butter
Takes nothing more than Kirkland's Signature nuts to create delicious nut butters using your Vitamix to ground and pulverize these delicious blends.
Ingredients
- 4 cups (550 g) unsalted roasted cashews
Directions
- Place cashews into the Food Processor Work Bowl fitted with the Multi-Use Blade and secure the lid.
- Start the machine and allow to process for 2 minutes 30 seconds, or set timer for 2 minutes 30 seconds and start the machine, allowing it to complete the programmed cycle. Process longer if desired.
