Cajun Spice Blend

A blend of spices ideal for pork, beef, or fish.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup (50 g) paprika
  • 3 Tablespoons (3 Tablespoons) black peppercorns
  • 3 Tablespoons (3 Tablespoons) cumin seeds
  • 3 Tablespoons (3 Tablespoons) coriander seeds
  • 1 teaspoon (1 teaspoon) ground cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons (2 teaspoons) whole allspice berries
  • 3 Tablespoons (3 Tablespoons) sea salt
  • 1 cup (210 g) light brown sugar, packed

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select Variable 1.
  3. Start the machine and slowly increase to its highest speed.
  4. Blend for 15 - 20 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
