Barley Cereal Baby Food
Since barley—and other whole grains, too—are pretty filling, your child may eat a little less of this dish than other foods. That’s perfectly ok.
Ingredients
- 1½ cup (225 g) pearl barley, cooked, cooled
- 9 oz (270 ml) breast milk or your choice of alternative milk product
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed and quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 1 minute.
