This delicious smoothie is a great way to transition from summer to autumn and the crisp flavors of fall.

Apple Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (480 ml) vanilla soy milk
  • 2 medium (350 g) apples, seeded
  • ½ cup (75 g) roasted peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups (260 g) ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40–50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
