All Purpose Umami Seasoning
Try this seasoning on any roasted vegetable or protein.
Ingredients
- ½ cup (70 g) kosher salt, optional
- 2 Tablespoons (22 g) onion powder
- 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 Tablespoons (15 g) pink peppercorns
- ½ cup (20 g) dried porcini mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Spice Blend Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then increase to its highest speed. Blend for 20-25 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
