Do I carry my own product inventory as an Affiliate?

No, Affiliate sales are driven through vitamix.com. Vitamix will ship all products and handle all returns. Our first-class Customer Care Department will reply to your customers’ questions and concerns, from pre-purchase throughout the life of the product—even after the industry-leading warranty has expired. Simply provide them with our website or toll-free phone number, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Do you offer special discount pricing to Affiliates?

Your Affiliate link currently offers free shipping for any Vitamix machine purchased through our direct channel. The Vitamix Affiliate Team continues to explore special promotional offers for our Affiliates and will communicate new contests and promotions via email.

Where do I go for my links and banners?

Once you are an approved Affiliate, you will be set up with a login and password through the Commission Junction Affiliate Network where these resources and additional marketing support can be found.

Can customers try a machine before purchasing?

Leasing or trialing machines is not a part of our program, but customers do have a 30-day money back guarantee when purchasing on vitamix.com if they are not 100% satisfied with their experience.

How much can I earn as an Affiliate?

There is unlimited earning potential as a Vitamix Affiliate. Currently, our program offers commission starting at 10% for those affiliates creating content. The better your content and the more you promote yourself and optimize your web presence, the better your sales will be.

As an Affiliate, you will have access to our online Commission Junction Affiliate Network which provides access to real-time sales tracking.

Can Vitamix sponsor or be a demonstrator at my event?

The Affiliate Program is unable to meet sponsorship and demonstration requests at this time; however, existing Affiliates can use their commission earnings to fund event opportunities, and Affiliates are also welcome to host their own demonstrations at events where Vitamix is not demonstrating or already an exhibitor.
