The container, lid, and blade assembly are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.  Except as provided herein, Vitamix disclaims all other warranties, express, statutory or implied including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
