Frozen Piña Colada from Scratch

Ingredients
- 2 ounces coconut cream
- 1½ ounces sugar cane syrup
- 6 ounces fresh pineapple juice
- 5 ounces white rum
- 3 cups ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Start machine and slowly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend just until smooth, about 20 seconds.
