Container: Accelerate Container

Yield: 32 oz./ 945 ml.

Program: #6 (21 seconds)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 oz./120 ml. (104 g.) Unsweetened Coconut Milk (Ambient)11.5 oz./310 ml. (326 g.) White Grape Juice
  • 6 oz./235 ml (188 g.) Yogurt, Vanilla Sweetened
  • 2 TBSP. (17 g.) Macadamia Nuts, dry roasted
  • 1 cup. (114 g.) IQF Pineapple, frozen
  • 2 1/2 cups. (290 g.) IQF Mango, frozen

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid. Place the container on the motor base.
  2. Select Q&Q Program #6 and wait for the blend cycle to end.
  3. Open the sound enclosure; remove the container and then the lid.
  4. Pour the smoothie into the serving cup or cups.

Caramel Cold Brew Frappe

Looking for a pick-me-up? This Caramel Cold Brew Frappe is another perfect addition to the summer line-up that can be enjoyed any time of the day. By using just a few ingredients including cold brew, caramel and whole milk, create the perfect blend to satisfy your sweet tooth in seconds.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 oz./120 ml. (104 g.) Unsweetened Coconut Milk (Ambient)
  • 3 ounces (90 ml) cold brew coffee
  • 5 ½ ounces (160 ml) whole milk
  • 3 ounces (90 ml) Monin caramel syrup
  • 368g ice cubes*
  • Garnish: caramel sauce; whipped cream

* Ice should be fresh from a commercial ice machine, not a freezer. Volume may vary depending on ice type. This is a 43% reduction in time vs TQO.

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid. Place the container on the motor base.
  2. Run TQO Program #18 or Q&Q Program #8, garnishing the inside of the cup with caramel sauce while blending.
  3. Pour the frappe into the serving cup and top with whipped cream and caramel sauce.
