Fruit Salad Smoothie
Baby carrots and cucumber balance the more intense sweetness of grapes, orange, pineapple, and apple, for a liquid take on a fruit & veggie salad.
Ingredients
- ½ cup (75 g) green grapes
- 1 medium (150 g) orange, peeled, halved
- 1 slice (75 g) pineapple, peeled, halved
- ¼ (40 g) cucumber, peeled
- 1 small (45 g) carrot
- ¼ medium (40 g) apple, seeded
- 2 cups (260 g) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
