Gimlet de pepino sin alcohol
Mejore su diversidad de bebidas con este coctel fácil de preparar. No añada el licor y prepare un coctel sin alcohol que tenga un sabor igual de delicioso. Pruebe esto en su Dryuary (“enero seco”) e impresione a sus amigos.

Ingredientes
- 120 ml (½ taza) de agua
- 4 limones verdes pelados
- ¼ de taza (60 ml) de miel
- 2 cucharadas (30 ml) de vinagre de champaña
- 6 slices English cucumber, 1/4" thick
- 2 tazas (260 g) de cubitos de hielo, más otro tanto para servir
- ½ taza (120 ml) de agua carbonatada
Instrucciones
- For the base: Place the water, limes, honey and champagne vinegar into the Vitamix blending container in the order listed and secure the lid. Start the blender on its lowest speed and increase quickly to its highest speed. Blend for 60 seconds. Strain if desired.
- For the cocktail:Place 1 cup of the blended base into the Aer® Disc container in the order listed and secure the lid. Run the Muddle Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades. Fill two cocktail glasses with ice, split the blended mixture between the two glasses and top with club soda. Stir and garnish with a slice or peeling of cucumber.
- El gimlet se puede servir con hielo o simplemente en un vaso de gimlet refrigerado.

- Adding a touch of vinegar to the cocktail takes it to another level adding a sour/umami punch that is needed without the alcohol present.This can be completely strained or served as is, just know it will be a bit pulpy if unstrained.Looking to lighten this drink up a bit more?
