Ingredients

  • 1 head (540 g) cabbage, quartered, stem removed

Directions

  1. Fit the Food Processor with the Large Shredding/Disc.
  2. Place one piece of cabbage into the Large Food Chute opening and secure the food pusher. Start the processor and, using the Food Pusher press the cabbage through.  Repeat with remaining pieces of cabbage.

Chef's Notes

  • For a tasty new twist on coleslaw, try tossing the cabbage in this recipe with our Corn and Cilantro Dressing, a summertime favorite.
  • This technique works for other ingredients as well. Try shredding carrots using the Small Food Chute.
