Ingredients

  • 2 cups (480 ml) coconut water
  • 2 slices lime
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 packages (200 g) frozen pitaya
  • 1 ⅓ cups (240 g) frozen pineapple chunks
  • ¾ cup (120 g) frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup (80 g) frozen mango chunks

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40 – 50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
